This Privacy Policy explains how Kanab (the "App") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications and related services. By using Kanab, you agree to the practices described here.

• Provide and operate the App (e.g., generate images, manage your account and credits).
• Maintain safety, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot.
• Communicate with you about support and important updates.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use IDFA or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

To generate images, Kanab sends your prompts and the images you select to our servers for processing. We use third‑party AI providers to access advanced image generation models. These providers process your data solely to produce the requested output and do not retain your images or prompts beyond the generation process. Generated images are returned to the App and saved on your device.

We never use your uploaded images or content to train AI models. Your content is used exclusively for generating your requested images and is immediately discarded after processing.

To maintain a safe environment, we employ proactive AI-based filtering to detect and prevent the generation of inappropriate, harmful, or prohibited content. Prompts and images may be analyzed before and during generation to enforce our acceptable use policies.

• Service providers: Cloud and AI vendors that help us operate the App and process image generation requests.
• Legal & safety: If required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service.

• Account data: Kept while your account is active. Deleted when you request account deletion.
• Uploaded images: Not stored. Images are processed in memory and immediately discarded after generation.
• Operational logs: Retained for 30 days for security and troubleshooting, then automatically deleted.
• On‑device history: Stored locally on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App.

• Permissions: You can grant/withdraw Camera and Photos access in your device Settings.
• Account deletion: You can delete your account directly in the App (Settings → Delete Account). This will permanently remove your account data and cannot be undone.
• Data requests: You can email us at support@kanab.app to request account deletion, data access, or other data-related inquiries.
• Local history: Clear your on‑device history from Settings.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under local law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

We use reasonable safeguards (including transport encryption) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us.

We may process and store information in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Effective date” above when we do.
